FAQs

Each Corner offers a different service:

Counselling and mental health support can be found in The Mental Health Corner.

Things to read, new books for adults and children or even diaries and journals can be found in The Reading Corner. There are also many more pieces of my work to be found on Amazon.

If you are looking for fun activities, then maybe The Workshop Corner is the place for you to start. Also here you can find free creative writing tools and also full 30-day creative writing journals.

Then there is The Blog Corner. This is where I vent off about the theory I love within my counselling service. The travels I go on for days out and which ones I can recommend. But also this particular Corner, it’s just a nice place to relax and have a read and share opinions and experiences of all kinds of topics within the world.
If there is anything you would like to see added to any of these Corners, then feel free to reach out. I always love to discuss new ideas. Have you got an idea for a New Corner completely of a service you would like to see me offer?

1

What services do you offer?

Take a look around and find your place in whichever corner you feel satisfies your visit needs. If you're unsure, then reach out and see if we can work together on finding which corner is the best place to start.

How do I get started?

I combine a thoughtful integrative approach with a humanistic heart. I have trained as an integrative counsellor, and I believe that everyone is an individual. What sets this little corner of the internet apart from others is that this place has been built for you. This is Your Corner. You find the section which you feel you need at the time of your visit and head inside. If you ever feel like you need support, then reach out. I have had my own mental health support needs over the years, and upon setting this site up and this entire community of Corners, I realised it’s what I would have loved to have available to me.

If you don’t feel like you need therapy today, then head on over to The Reading Corner and find a book or an activity in The Workshop Corner. :)

All books are written and illustrated by me, and currently working on several more. The Workshops and all downloadable material in The Workshop Corner have also been completely written and designed by me.

What makes you different?

Can I have therapy from home?

Yes. Therapy sessions are all remote. Phone and Video calls are available. Mix and match to make your session your own. Contact me directly via the Contact Me Corner or find out more in The Mental Health Corner.
