Data Privacy and Policy Corner

Return Policy

At keithgumbrell.co.uk, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. Please read the following carefully so you understand what applies to your order.

Digital Products

Digital products — including PDF journals, worksheets, downloadable resources, and online CPD courses — are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods and is in line with UK consumer law, which recognises that digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product can.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or course access — for example, a corrupted file or an inability to access your purchase — please contact us at keithgumbrell.co.uk and we will resolve this promptly.

Workshop Bookings

We understand that plans change. Our workshop cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 14 days before the workshop date — full refund issued

  • 7 to 14 days before the workshop date — 50% refund issued, or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop date

  • Less than 7 days before the workshop date — no refund, but your booking may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability

  • Workshop cancelled by us — full refund issued to all booked participants within 5 working days

To request a cancellation or transfer, please contact us as soon as possible via keithgumbrell.co.uk

Counselling and Coaching Sessions

Individual counselling and coaching sessions are subject to a separate cancellation policy, which will be confirmed at the point of booking. As a general guide:

  • Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice will not be charged

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full session rate

Physical Products at Events

Items sold at events — including handmade and craft items by local makers — are sold as seen. We are unable to accept returns on physical items purchased at events unless the item is found to be faulty or not as described at the point of sale. Please inspect items carefully before purchase.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
