I am a trained Integrative Counsellor with hands-on experience supporting clients across a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. Having worked with several charities across Cheshire, I have supported clients at varying levels of need — from everyday stress and anxiety to more complex therapeutic work.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to tailor support to each individual client — because no two people, and no two journeys, are the same.
All sessions are offered remotely, from the comfort and privacy of your own home, via phone or video call.
Qualifications
Fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered with both the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).
Experience
Extensive experience working across multiple charities in Cheshire, supporting clients at a wide range of support levels with varied and complex needs.
